Social Atlas is operated by Prudent Owl Limited. The service supports authorized social media operations, customer service and brand feedback review. Access is granted to designated personnel under the confirmed arrangements between the operator and the supported brand companies.
The registered address disclosed in the Lavish Luck Privacy Policy is RM22 2/F, FU TAO BUILDING, NO.98 ARGYLE STREET, KOWLOON, Hong Kong. The brand companies authorize Prudent Owl Limited to operate Social Atlas and provide internal social media management and brand monitoring services on their behalf. Jackpot Go is operated by Hiwingo Limited and developed by Wish Wishes Studio Limited. The version and effective date of these terms appear at the top of this page.
Use of the service
Use Social Atlas for approved work purposes. Protect your account and report unexpected access or disclosure to the service administrator. Access to data, exports and operational actions must follow the permissions assigned to you. Respect applicable platform terms and the rights of people whose information appears in the service.
YouTube API Services
Social Atlas uses YouTube API Services. By using Social Atlas, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms. Google’s Privacy Policy is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
The current YouTube module collects and displays public videos, comments and replies. Brand relevance, topic and sentiment analysis are proposed features awaiting the applicable review and approval. Any enabled Social Atlas analysis will be identified as independently produced, with source evidence and human review where appropriate.
Source content and staff decisions
Public comments reflect the statements of their authors. Source coverage depends on platform visibility, search results, pagination and refresh schedules. Verify relevant context before making operational decisions. Demonstration examples are labeled as synthetic and carry no claim about actual users or brand performance.
Privacy and data requests
The Social Atlas Privacy Policy at https://socialatlas.luckfun.vip/privacy describes the information accessed, used, retained and shared by the service. Send privacy inquiries and requests concerning Social Atlas data to brand-monitoring@luckywarriors.com.
A request concerning the original content on YouTube or another source platform must also follow that platform’s process. The Social Atlas team handles the copies and workflows under its control.
